By registering for or participating in an HRO Invest Bootcamp (“Bootcamp”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Participation
HRO Invest Bootcamps are community fitness events designed to promote health, wellbeing, and community connection.

Participants acknowledge that Bootcamps involve physical activity and agree to participate voluntarily and at their own risk.

Participants confirm that they are physically capable of participating and will consult a medical professional if they have any concerns about their ability to participate safely.

2. Assumption of Risk
Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:

  • muscle strain
  • injury
  • falls
  • dehydration
  • other health complications

By participating in a Bootcamp, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Participants agree that HRO Invest, its partners, sponsors, franchise operators, volunteers, and instructors are not liable for injuries or damages that may occur during participation, except where required by law.

3. Health and Safety

  • Participants agree to:
  • Follow all instructions provided by trainers or event staff
  • Exercise within their personal limits
  • Inform trainers of any injuries or health concerns
  • Stop participating immediately if they feel unwell

HRO Invest reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation if a participant’s behavior is unsafe or disruptive.

4. Code of Conduct
HRO Invest Bootcamps are inclusive community events.

Participants must treat others with respect, courtesy, and good sportsmanship.

The following behavior will not be tolerated:

  • harassment or discrimination
  • aggressive or unsafe behavior
  • disruptive conduct toward participants, trainers, or staff

5. Photography and Media
Bootcamps may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.

By participating, you grant HRO Invest permission to use photos or video footage that may include you in marketing materials, social media, or promotional content.

If you do not wish to appear in media, please notify event staff prior to the Bootcamp.

6. Donations and Contributions
Some Bootcamps may be supported by community contributions, sponsorships, or donations through HRO Invest.

All contributions are voluntary and subject to the terms outlined on the HRO Invest platform.

7. Event Changes
HRO Invest reserves the right to:


  • modify Bootcamp schedules
  • change locations
  • cancel events due to safety concerns, weather, or operational requirements

Participants will be notified where possible.

8. Children and Minors
Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.

Parents or guardians assume responsibility for the participation of minors.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HRO Invest and its partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in Bootcamps.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or attending an HRO Invest Bootcamp, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
